Are you ready to take a leading position? SALDA UAB is the European leader in ventilation equipment, with 370 employees and 27 years of experience in the field. In more than 30 countries SALDA deliver equipment for large industrial companies, production facilities, offices, cafès, hotels as well as individual homes. SALDA’s advanced ventilation solutions guarantee the latest comfort and energy saving solutions. The product range consist of air handling units, fans, heat pumps, coolers, controllers and much more. The company target is to satisfy the clients need and provide the level of comfort they desire. SALDA has decided to strengthen the presence in the Norwegian market, and will establish a branch office early in 2017. To run this office, and develop the business in accordance with the company targets, we are currently searching for a qualified and highly motivated Country manager.

You will be responsible for sales and promotion of the SALDA product range in Norway, in close cooperation with the HQ in Lithuania. This includes sales, customer handling, recruitment of further staff etc. A great challenge for the ambitious candidate who is ready to take lead!

You prospect and visit potential customers like distributors, ventilation specialists, contractors and all other relevant instances in order to promote SALDA. You must insure that the proper knowledge of the SALDA products and system is present in Norway, through usage of adequate means such as: Visits, training, available technical literature and technical support. You work with existing distributors and develop new ones when necessary. As the business grows you will increase the organization. To be successful in this leading position, we think you should have the following profile:

  • A commercial attitude, and at least 3 years experience from technical sales B2B.
  • Used to develop and maintain relations with customers at all levels.
  • A strong business focus both on sales and bottom line.
  • Wide technical knowledge and familiarity with HVAC business.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian language.
  • Willing to travel as required to achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Able to develop and motivate your own sales team
  • A passion for success!

We are currently searching for an office and a warehouse in the Oslo area, but until a contract is signed candidates living in other locations might be considered. SALDA offer a competitive salary, further benefits and a company car. This position reports to the Director of business development. Extensive product training will be carried out as a continuous process, to make sure you develop both technical and personal skills.
